Year - round enrollment start 3 y.o.

Enrollment in the gymnastics club "Start" is open for girls starting 3 y.o. Newcomers are accepted to group according to their physical state. Classes are held in groups of up to 15 people. A trial lesson can be attended with parents, moreover it's a good chance to get acquainted with the trainer, ask questions of interest.

ACROBATICS FOR BOYS AND GIRLS FROM 3 Y.O.

Acrobatics has a positive effect on the physical health of the child, helps to educate the will and character. Regular training develops such qualities as self-confidence, diligence, responsibility and purposefulness.

My daughter was 4.5 years old when I brought her to her first rhythmic gymnastics training. I accidentally came across an ad on social networks about recruiting girls from the age of three in the Start club. We decided to try it. My daughter really likes going to classes. She's looking forward to it. And how much happiness there was when we bought a swimsuit, a hoop and a jump rope. I can't put it into words! Our coach is wonderful. At first we didn't even know how many victories and awards she had. Coach Anastasia always meets all the girls at the locker room and then brings them back after class. The training lasts an hour. The children love coach Anastasia very much and always listen, and when it doesn't work out, our coach always helps. Of course, it can't do without tears. Either the hoop hit the head, or it is impossible to sit on the twine. We attended an open class and saw how everything was going on. I made sure that the training isin a disciplined manner with full dedication. I want to say thank you to our coach Anastasia. Girls who do rhythmic gymnastics are very plastic and graceful. Slender and graceful figures, beautiful posture and gait. Even if your daughter does not become a master of sports, she will always move and dance beautifully.

We recently moved to Yaroslavl. My daughter was doing gymnastics in her hometown. I really wanted to find a good coach. We found out by chance that rhythmic gymnastics classes were held at the Endorphin Club. We decided to try it. My daughter Daria and I really liked coach Anastasia. Dasha adapted very quickly to the new place, she liked the classes. Coach Anastasia is attentive and explains unfamiliar elements of rhythmic gymnastics very well.
